INTRODUCTION:
“A PLACE WHERE ARTISTS FROM INDIA AND ABROAD CAN WORK AT
EASE WITH NECESSARY PROVISIONS PROVIDED TO THEM.
INTERACTION BETWEEN DIFFERENT GENRES OF ARTISTS LEADING TO
MULTI CULTURAL INTERACTIONS.”

The main function of an artist village is to provide a space and

creation support to enable an artist to concentrate on creation
without any distraction within a period of time, built on the notion of
respecting individual lives and upholding the belief of a creation
having an important contribution to the humanities.
ART VILLAGE-Mantra' is celebrating life through art and heart. ART
villages are an important medium in realizing international cultural
interchange. Cultural interchange not only allows artists to benefit
from others’ art creation but also broadens their horizons.

PURPOSE BEHIND CHOOSING THE PROJECT:-

• To give awareness and educate people about the rich culture details
and heritage and an opportunity to see the richness of traditional
performing arts by providing art galleries and open air theatre.
• To provide a demo cell for holding demonstrations for youngsters and
tourists.

Conductive Atmosphere To Feed Arts And Crafts.
 To Study And Understand The Needs Of Artists And
Designing A Model Settlement For Them.
 To Design Workshops Units For Different Art.
 To provide a demo cell for holding demonstrations for youngsters
and tourists. Second major objective would be to create an
environment that makes optimum use of the site conditions,
climate, and building material available in producing balanced
solution.
