Methodology
Research Design
The research design used in this study was a combination of qualitative and
quantitative designs. It was quantitative in terms of its statistical computations and
qualitative because it involved a qualitative description on the challenges
encountered in the implementation of disaster risk reduction management program.
The participants of this study are all teachers of Alberto Olarte Sr. National High
school. Purposive selection of participants was done. During the conduct of
research, teachers were invited and asked to answer a structured questionnaire

Treatment of Data
The data of the study was summarized, tabulated and analysed using mean,
standard deviation, frequency, and percentage. Mean and the standard deviation
were used.
Findings
3. For the disaster response, Alberto Olarte Sr. National High School (AOSNHS)
have f fully implemented some indicators in terms of disaster response.
Various programs are being implemented in response to disaster.
4. For the Disaster rehabilitation, there are some indicators that are not properly
implemented since they are not applicable in the area.
Recommendations
Based on the findings and conclusions drawn from the study, the following
not just on earthquake drill but also to all the types of disaster that may
occur.
