B. Issues/Concerns Surfaced During the Session

*Guidelines on Student Awardees both in Achievement and Conduct
*Forms to Accomplish, correct format and guidelines in accomplishment
*Schedule of Final Exams, School form reading before the closing of the school year
*Failing students: how to help them for the final terms
*Recognizing the students with achievements in different contests
*Guidelines about awards, certificates, diplomas, ribbons and medals
*Format of certificates and diplomas
*Selection of committee members in the School Checking
*Selection of committee for the graduation, moving up and recognition ceremony

C. Recommendations provided by the group

*Subject teachers should be early in submitting their grades to the advisers. Advisers should
carefully make their forms and submit them diligently to the checking committee to avoid
delays.
*Teachers have to gather together for the final deliberation of awards to deserving students
*Teacher advisers should identify the student awardees 3 days after the final examination.
*There should be a separate committee for the making of ribbons, certificates, medals.
*Teacher advisers should follow the new school forms format and the guidelines in making to
avoid errors.

D. Point of agreement
*School Checking Committee should check the forms very closely and carefully
*Teacher advisers should be more diligent and more careful.
*Teachers have to follow guidelines for the giving of awards.
*All materials needed will be provided by the school principal thru the MOOE.

E. Commitment
*Teachers have to always remember that deserving students worthy of awards should be
recognized be it achievement of excellence or conduct. If possible, no student is left behind.
