Star Tribune Names Daugherty Business Solutions a 2019 Top Workplace

Daugherty Business Solutions has been included in the Minneapolis Star Tribune's Top 150
Workplaces in Minnesota list. Daugherty continues to hit significant milestones because the size of
its team keeps growing. And to support the recent surge of employees, Daugherty is expanding its
physical footprint by more than 50 percent, moving their team into a newly-built modern workplace
and development center located on the 14th floor of the 8500 Tower at Normandale Lakes Office
Park.

The new office displays floor-to-ceiling glass for a 360 view of the beautiful Minneapolis skyline and will
have an open floor plan that includes developer workstations and many open-area meeting locations.
Employees can recharge their creativity with various gaming systems, a library of board games and
foosball. To foster a supportive environment for all, Daugherty also plans to include a dedicated
mother's/wellness room.

Daugherty expects construction to complete in early fall 2019.
