Richard Wagner is the V.P. of Automotive Operations at The Productivity Team, LLC which is an
international manufacturing, industrial and quality engineering firm that delivers scoped engineering
services on an as-needed, contracted basis. They employ over 200 knowledgeable and experienced
full-time engineers who have supported projects in over 20 countries from small, privately held
companies to large Fortune 100 corporations. Richard has been with this firm for over 8 years.

Mr. Wagner is an experienced vice president with a demonstrated history of working in the mechanical or
industrial engineering industry. His skills include DMAIC, value stream mapping, failure mode and
effects analysis (FMEA), lean manufacturing, Kaizen, operational excellence, and quality management.
He travels to manufacturing plants internationally to evaluate facilities and help implement process
improvement, better productivity and improve launch speeds. He also hires employees as needed.

Richard obtained a B.S. in Industrial Management Technology/Technician from Central Michigan

University in 1974. He is safety certified and skilled in Six Sigma. Previously, he served as a plant
manager for the Ford Motor Company for over 28 years and then in lean manufacturing at Lean Wheels
for 3 years.

Mr. Wagner is a member of the A.A.R.P. In his spare time, he enjoys Detroit Lions football.
