This documents serves as a binding contract between Anthony H. Yu and Rina W. Yu, hereafter known

“ENTREPRENEUR”. And Mr. Ramonito Sagocsoc. hereafter known as “INVESTOR. whereas Entrepreneur
is seeking an investment and Investor is willing to fund the venture, therefore both parties are agreed to
the following TERMS AND CONDITION.

Article 1

The investor will contribute an amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 250,000.00) as
an additional capital of Entrepreneurs business venture. The entrepreneur received the full amount after
both parties settled all necessary documents are needed and after this agreements be signed by
ENTREPRENEURS, INVESTORS AND WITNESS.

Article 2

The maturity of Investors investment is one calendar year, meaning notice of withdrawal of investment
will be only be accepted one year after receipt of investment. Withdrawal of investment is effective two
months after receipt of notice of withdrawal. Withdrawal of investment is a will of both parties.

Article 3

The Investor will be privilege 3% monthly simple interest rate of his contribution. The interest will be
calculated and redeemed monthly. The rights of either to or to not withdraw the interest will remain on
the investor. Should the Investor wish to invest as additional contribution, crafting of agreements will be
dealt with by both parties on that time.

Article 4

In case of Investors absence a member from his family eligible to set on his behalf. Same condition is
applied to the Entrepreneurs.

Articles 5

This agreement is protected by the constitutions of THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES.
