While the above-mentioned documents have been in your possession due to the professional
engagement entered into between your good office and our client(s), such engagement has long ended
and in view thereof, there is no reason nor legal justification for you to withhold the said documents.
These documents, in the name of our client(s) and their business establishment, are necessary for the
processing of our client’s obligations with the government, particularly with the Bureau of Internal
Revenue.

Please return, surrender, and deliver the above-mentioned documents to the undersigned counsel’s
office at TDCT & Partners Law Offices, MB Yu Real Street, Tacloban City within TEN (10) days from
receipt of this letter.

We are hoping for your positive action on the matter. Consider this our last and final demand. Please
give this matter a preferential action in order to avoid the stress of litigation in Court. Thank you and
