Ashley Carpenter Brings Major Festival Experience to Growing Team.

Newport Beach, CA, June 19, 2019 --(PR.com)-- FlipTix, the ticketing app allowing ticket holders to
“flip” tickets if they leave an event early, announced today the company has hired Ashley Carpenter as
Vice President of New Business. Based in Austin, Texas, Carpenter will be working with major North
American festivals to integrate the FlipTix technology and to pursue additional live event sectors
positioned to benefit from new sales based on the early departure of fans.

Carpenter comes to FlipTix from Front Gate Tickets where she served as the Director of Business
Development, negotiating pricing and contractual terms for more than 30 of the largest festivals and live
event promoters in North America.

Front Gate Tickets works with premier music festivals including Austin City Limits Music Festival,
Bonnaroo, Digital Dreams, Electric Daisy Carnival, Electric Forest Festival, Outside Lands, RBC
(Ottawa) Bluesfest and more.

Using the FlipTix app, ticket holders who exit prior to the end of an event simply provide notice through
FlipTix that they have left the venue, and new fans are notified that a Flip is available. Prices are set
automatically based on the amount of time remaining (in combination with other variables). Sellers
receive remuneration after their ticket is flipped and buyers get a digital ticket delivered directly to their
phone for entry or for wristband redemption.
