MOTION FOR EARLY RESOLUTION

COMES NOW, the respondents, by the undersigned counsel unto this

Honorable Office, most respectfully state, that:

1. The complaint on the above-captioned cases was filed on May

28, 2011;

2. On September 26, 2011, respondents received an Order dated

August 11, 2016 from this Honorable Office to submit their Counter-
Affidavits for OMB-L-A-00-0123 for Dishonesty, Gross Neglect of Duty,
Misconduct, Oppression, other Administrative, Disloyalty to the
Country and to Filipino People and for OMB-L-C-00-0456 for Illegal
Use of Public Funds or Property;

3. On October 19, 2011 another Order dated October 4, 2011 was

received by the respondents directing both parties to submit their
respective Position Papers;
 4. Respondents complied to the foregoing orders and submitted
their Counter-Affidavits on September 14, 2011 which is within the
period of extension requested by the respondents. The Position Paper
for the respondents was duly filed on November 2, 2011;

5. Respondents received no Position Paper from the complainant

and up to date no compliance was made by Complainant;

6. The Respondents are patiently waiting for the resolution of the

above-captioned cases, after all the pertinent documents and evidence
were filed and submitted within the reglementary period;

7. Considering the lapse of time from the filing of all the necessary
documents and the failure of the complainant to comply to the
directives of this Office, the early resolution of the instant motion has
become glaringly exigent so as not to frustrate the ends of justice;

8. This motion is filed not to delay but intended solely for the
purpose alluded thereto.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed

that the above entitled cases be resolved immediately based on the Position
Paper and Counter-Affidavit submitted by the respondents and a
Decision/Resolution be issued dismissing both Administrative and Criminal
Cases filed against the respondents.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
