1.1 Welcome
Thank you for choosing Meditech Water Thawing Bath. To guarantee the Water Thawing Bath
always in its best condition, please read this manual carefully and keep it for future use.
The picture, symbols and contents in this manual are just for your reference. They may not be
completely identical with your machine, so please refer to the real object. Meditech operates a
policy of continuous development and reserves right to update and modify technical
specifications in this document at any time without prior notice.
The warranty does not apply to defects or errors in the product caused by:
End User shall have no right to reject, return or receive a refund for any product from
Meditech under the above mentioned situations.
This warranty is end user’s sole remedy and Meditech’s sole liability for defective or non
conformating items, and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed implied or statutory,
including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, unless otherwise required under the mandatory provisions of the law.
Meditech shall not be liable for any loss of profits or indirect, special, incidental or consequential
damages resulting from or arising out of or in connection with using this product, whether or not
Meditech had been advised, knew or should have known the possibility of such damages.
2. Construction
1. The Body of Water Thawing Bath is made up of SS 304 inside and outside.
a. 840 mm height
b. b356 mm width
c. 458 mm length
5. The access area into the machine is at the top. A lid is provided which opens at the right
side when viewed from the front view of the machine
6. 2 lockable and 2 movable castor wheels are provided for easy mobility and quick
locking/releasing
7. A water over flow pipe is provided which expels out extra water in the system
8. A ball valve is provided at the back side of the machine with drain pipe which drains the
water out of the machine once the ball valve is opened.
11. High Capacity Pump: To facilitate flow and circulation of water inside the bath,
Optimum and uniform thawing of plasma.

The LED present in the controller displays the current temperature of the system when the
machine is in on condition
2. MAINS ON
OFF
The three pin cable is plugged in the mains.The machine works on 230 V and 50 Hz single phase
electricity.
The MAINS Toggle switch is used to activate the system. It can either be “ON” or “OFF”.
When the Toggle switch is in “ON” condition. The system by default goes to cooling or heating
mode depending on the default position of the below toggle switch.(Heater / compressor)
3. Heater
Compressor/ Cooling
The water thawing bath can be operated at Heating mode and cooling mode.
1. When the toggle switch is in Heater position, the system is heated and the temperature
goes up to 37 °C. When the system reaches 37°C, the controller retains this temperature
(37°C) till the MAINS is “ON”
2. When the toggle switch is in compressor position, the system is in refrigeration mode.
The temperature is reduced below 4°C and the controller retains this position throughout
the cycle.
4. Motor ON
Motor OFF
High Capacity Pump is used to facilitate flow and circulation of water inside the bath. It can
be used to obtain Optimum and uniform thawing of plasma. When the motor is switched on,
uniform temperature is obtained through out the system
4.Trouble Shooting
1. Power Connection Loose: Check the power connection on and Main Supply
2. Incorrect Reading/Volume: Switch off the machine and Restart. The controller will calibrate
automatically.
