Conductor casing prevent cave in of formation.

Surface casing- provide foundation for the wellbore structure.

Intermediate Casing- sealed of troublesome formations.

Production Casing- sealed of the production formation.

Liners do not go all the way to the surface. Hanged from the last casing with liner hanger.

Using liner save money since they do not extend to the surface.

14.1 2019 – run in 26“ casing to tag seabed at 453 ft. Shoe joint deviated to 185 deg ( azimuth)

Assembly. Float collar-float joint (shoe joint)-float shoe

Check with ROV for orientation.

Made up joint C3 and reach to 586 ft. Blows per feet increase from 550 to 586 ft

Continue with joint C2 and C1. After reaching 664 ft, made up landing joint. After reaching total
depth of 703 ft, rig up the cold cutter. Cut the conductor casing above 20 inches of the cellar deck.
(Use cold cutter because cold cutters do not produce spark)

Landing Joint for BOP????

Laid out landing joint to connect BOP with surface casing.

Continue driving until 703 ft. Rig up the cold cutter and cut 20 inch above cellar deck.

All the cut joint and landing joint to the tender. Rig down heavy-duty lifting ring.

Disconnect the hydraulic hose from the CIS hammer and drain them.

connect two leg bridles on hammer and rigged down the hammer, laid out
to tender.

Derrick inspection and grease the top drive system for next operation. Then started cleaning out
conductor by pumping 30 bbl of high-vis pill.

PAD mud?

Drop the gyro for inclination test. 2.45 deg Inc, 205.28 deg Azi. RIH 5 7/8” drill pipe. After holding
PJSM for cementing job, rig up pumping tee and surface line.
Why observe the back flow???

Insert foam ball for cleaning and wiping for DP. Crust Argus 2 has arrived Ranong.

Reached the measured depth of 706 ft

pump bottoms-up before drilling ahead. Drop the gyro and survey at 682.5 ft. Observe the azimuth
and inclinations. POOH 22” clean out BHA from 706 ft to 50 ft. RIH open ended 5 7/8” dp to 675ft.
Then washed down to 706 ft. And then bottoms up before drilling ahead. Then hold PJSM for cement
job. Rigged up the pumping tee that allows the flow of pumping fluid to surface line.

Pressure testing surface line?

Pumping Tee?

Cementer mixed and pumped 13 bbls of 15.8 ppg cement slurry at 3 bpm, 150 psi. Displaced cement
with 17 bbls (3 bbls under displaced) of seawater at 6 bpm, 240 psi.

POOH the Dp until 578 ft. Circulate bottoms up and insert foam ball. POOH to the surface.

YA-19 Temporary suspended and skid the rig to YA-10. Leave YA 19 with a hatch cover installed.
