September. And they are going to settle all their dues with penalty on or before October 2017.

Description and details Exactly 8:45am (March 15,2018) today, Mrs. Abesia called through phone
of incident regarding her bounced check dated August 16,2017. She told us that she

Unfortunately, last July 17,2017 she made payment over the counter as her
last payment for the month of August 16,2017. The check was not return to
her, and was told that they are going to locate the check because their checks
was already warehouse to the bank. She came back last August 2017, prior to
her due date asking her check but the former staff told her that her check
was transmitted to the bank and was never pull-out since the due date will
be the next day. The check bounced, and the bank gave her a penalty. She
was asking a refund.

ACTION TAKEN
I asked her to clarify to her depository bank whether it is bounced or account closed. Asked for a bank
statement showing there is really a bounced check charges.

RECOMMENDATION
If proven there is bank charges, accountability should be deducted to the payroll of the checks in-
charge but since the in-charge has already resign, we can deduct it to her last pay.

Description and details Last March 6,2018, Mr. Ian Angelo Veloria pays full amount of his equity over

 I asked for the bank statement of client and they are going to come in the office to clarify the said
issue. We reconciled his bank statement comparing our bank statement and found out, that his
check was cleared on that date and was not posted in our system.
