4. The basic cost of the Wheel Loader of L&T make will be valid for 6 months. One wheel Loader
is being purchased during May/June and remaining requirement will be purchased between
Aug.-Sept. 2018.

5. Delivery period : 7-10 days after receipt of DO from financer and Margin money from us.

6. Warranty : 1 year/3000 hours.

7. Payment : Margin money will be paid by RHBPL and remaining amount will be financed from
bank.

8. Site Engineer : Services of their Site Engineer, located at Katni, will be made available at our site
within 24 hours.

9. They keep sufficient stock of fast wearing spare parts at Katni from where it will be made
available at our site.

10. The company will arrange for the servicing/repairs of the machines from time to time and will
submit their bills for servicing/repair which will be paid within 15 days of receipt of bills.
