I, Ashley Cotton, in my capacity as Managing Director, Marketing and Communications, hereby authorize
all individuals listed on my 2019-2020 statement of registration to lobby in New York State on behalf of
L&L MAG LLC effective from January 1, 2019 until December 31, 2020. The registered lobbyists will be
compensated hourly. We estimate that the total compensation per year will be $5,000.00.
