If che Manufacturer intends to deviate from requirements laid down in this Stendecd he shall indicate all excep- tions which he mekes in an appendix to be attached to his bid. In the appendix te be attached to the bid, the Manu- facturer shall also specify any limitations as to the ap- plication of this Standard.
