Registration Of Partnership Deed:
In order to register a partnership business, here is the step-by-step process:
Submit registration fee i.e Rs 200/- in the National Bank of Punjab (NBP) or State Bank
of Pakistan (SBP) under a Partnership Act 1932, through a challan under the head of
account C-03545.
All the partners and witnesses should be required to sign on a Partnership Deed on the
Stamp paper of Rupees 1000/- and submit to the registrar of the firm.
All partners and witnesses should be required to submit their original N.I.C along with
the photocopy to the registrar of firm.
Attach an attested Stamp paper regarding the accuracy of papers with stamp paper of Rs
50/-
Submit the copy of lease agreement or ownership of office address alongside a copy of
utility bills to the registrar of the firm.
Submit registration fee i.e. Rs 500/- in the National Bank of Punjab (NBP) or State Bank
of Pakistan (SBP) under the Societies Registration Act 1860, through a challan under the
head of account C-03818.
Submit the attested affidavit of society’s secretary after confirmation from the Oth
commissioner on the Stamp paper of Rs 50/-
Submit the copy of ownership of office address alongside a copy of utility bills to the
registrar of the firm.
Submit all the above mentioned documents to the firm registration office.

of Pakistan (SBP) under the Societies Registration Act 1860, through a challan under the
head of account C-03818.
Attach an attested Stamp paper regarding the accuracy of papers with stamp paper of Rs
50/-
Submit the copy of ownership of office address alongside a copy of utility bills to the
registrar of the firm.
Submit all the above mentioned documents to the firm registration office.
