2. Delivery against full payment (from Customer/Financier etc.) by way of DD/PayOrder favoring "VARUN MOTORS PVT. LTD." Payable at
Secunderabad and subject to getting credited to our Bank Account and subject to availability of vehicle and color.
3. Delivery of Vehicle will be with in 0 - 2 WEEKS from the date of receipt of your firm purchase order.
4. Delivery or Waiting Periods whenever quoted are indicative and may vary from time to time and we shall not be responsible for any delays for
reasons beyond our control.
5. Interest will be charged to customer in case of any delay in payment whatsoever.
6. Income Tax Pan No. & Card is Mandatory at the time of Booking.
7. Other Terms & Conditions as Applicable and as given in the Annexure to the Booking Form.
8. No. Plate charges at Rs.620/- to be paid in RTA.
9. Any Additional Taxes/Levies of VAT/Life Tax/Service Tax Etc. will have to be solely borne by Customer.
10. Price prevailing at the time of delivery will be applicable.
11. All Offers & Discounts will be given on "On Road Price" and the same will be reduced propartionately from Ex-S/R Price, Road Tax,
Insurance Premium etc. and it will vary from Time to Time depending upon the discounts in Final Sale Invoice, from the above mentioned
price.
