Born in Benevento, he studied singing with mezzo Chiara Chialli and


he took the voice degree at «N. Sala» conservatory in his hometown,
where he also studied organ and composition, chamber music and
piano.

In 2012 he attended «Giovani all'opera» Academy in Stresa (Italy)


under the guidance of Natale De Carolis debuting Don Basilio in
Barbiere di Siviglia at 51^ Stresa Festiva. In 2013 he won 67th
competition of Teatro Lirico Sperimentale of Spoleto where he
performed as Angelotti in Tosca and Guglielmo in Così fan tutte. In
the same year he was admitted at Accademia Rossiniana in Pesaro with Alberto Zedda, singing at XXV Rossini
Opera Festival in Il Viaggio a Reims (Don Prudenzio).

In 2014 he was admitted in Accademia Teatro alla Scala where he studied with world renowned singers such
as Renato Bruson, Luciana Serra and Luciana d’Intino.

Currently he studies style and praxis of the baroque repertoire with contralto Sonia Prina

He recived the special prize “Fondazione Luciano Pavarotti” during the 7th International Singing Competition
“Ravello Città della Musica”. He won the “young talent prize" at 4th International Singing Competition “Santa
Chiara” in Naples; third price at “Spiros Argiris” 2017 in Sarzana; audience price in the baroque section at
the “Renata Tebaldi” competition. He won “XLVIII Toti dal Monte Competition” in Treviso and 70th
“As.Li.Co.” singing competition in Como.

He sang Betto di Signa in Gianni Schicchi and Dante in S.Monterisi’s Schicchi e Puccini (world première)
at the Teatro Municipale Piacenza, Togrul in A.Casella’s La donna serpente at the Festival della Valle d’Itria
in Martina Franca (conducted by Fabio Luisi), Masetto in Don Giovanni in most important Italian Theatres
for As.Li.Co. (directed by Graham Vick). He made his debut at the Teatro alla Scala in the role of Alidoro in
Rossini's Cenerentola and The 5th Woman in G.Battistelli’s CO2 (World première) directed by Robert
Carsen. He sang Moralès and Zuniga in Carmen for Turin Classical Music Festival, Achilla in Handel's Giulio
Cesare at the Cairo Opera House, bass soloist in Mozart's Requiem K626 with Chorus and Orchestra of Teatro
Massimo Bellini Catania, Gaudenzio in Rossini's Il Signor Bruschino at La Fenice Venice, Colline in
Boheme at the Teatro Regio Turin, Ubaldo in Pergolesi’s Serva Padrona at the Festival Vicenza in Lirica,
Noye in Britten’s Noye’s fludde at “Ente Concerti Marialisa De Carolis” in Sassari, Fabrizio in Rossini’s Gazza
Ladra at the Teatro Petruzzelli Bari, Masetto in Don Giovanni at the Stadttheater Klagenfurt, at the Teatro
La Fenice in Venice and at the Stadttheater Basel, Antonio in Rossini’s Il Viaggio a Reims at the Teatro
dell’Opera Rome conducted by D. Michieletto and directed by S. Montanari
Recent and future engagements include: Mustafà in Rossini’s Adina at the Rossini Opera Festival; Polinestore
in Antonio Lotti’s Polidoro at the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza (World premiere in modern times), the debut
of the title role in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro in Treviso, Ferrara and Jesi, Blansac in Rossini’s La scala di
seta in a ROF tournée at the ROH Muscat, Jesùs in Bach’s Johannes Passion in Vicenza, Plutone in Porposa’s
Orfeo at the Festival della Valle d’Itria in Martina Franca, Bass soloist in Rossini’s Petite messe solennelle
at the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza, Rodolfo in Sonnambula and Walter in Guglielmo Tell at the theaters of
Como, Cremona, Brescia, Bergamo, Pavia; Bass soloist in Haydn’s Missa in tempore belli in Como, Fiorello
in Barbiere di Siviglia at the Operà Bastille.
