Production and Support Activity

 • Worked on Service Now ticketing tool for user request and issue. Resolving 60 tickets (incident
+ request) in a month.
 • I was awarded by Insta award from Infosys for continuous show topper in resolving ticket for a
year in the SAP department of Hospira Client.
 • Worked on several issues related to data discrepancy between Source system and BI. Provide
proper justification and permanent solution to resolve data discrepancy issue in the future.

Role and Responsibilities:

 Created and Maintained Data Sources, Transformations.

 Worked on different types of Data Store Objects (DSO) like:
 Standard DSO.
 Write optimized DSO.
 Used DSO to stage the data before transferring to the Info Cube.
