2. System overview

The Veradius Neo is a counterbalanced C-arm with a thin flat detector. The system consists
of a C-arm stand with a compact footprint and rear-wheel steering for easy maneuverability
and positioning. The intelligent design of the Mobile View Station provides the user with optimal
viewing and connectivity capabilities.

3. Flat detector

The Veradius Neo features a second generation flat detector system to meet the needs of
surgeons performing challenging procedures. It reflects our long experience and leadership in
the design of flat detectors systems for cath labs. Surgeons can depend on superb image quality
with a higher dynamic range and less distortion than is possible with an image intensifier.

4. Geometry

The Veradius Neo features an enhanced C-arc design for image acquisition that increases
the working area and allows positioning obese patients with less effort. The Mobile View Station
has two LCD monitors for image processing, review, archiving, and display.
The C-arc is color-coded to provide clear visual aids about system movements that simplify
communication between team members. The system can be quickly positioned with less effort
through the smooth glide movement of the C-arc.

The powerful pulsed technology and exceptional heat management capabilities of Veradius Neo
