1. Introduction
As a surgeon you need skill and dedication to perform an increasing number of challenging
interventions. Crisp, clear images are also crucial, whether you are performing open surgery
or advanced minimally invasive procedures.
We help you take the next step toward excellence, allowing you to carry out complex procedures
with new confidence and control. Our Veradius Neo mobile C-arm gives you and your staff the
excellent image quality, ease of use, and dose management features you need.
Key advantages
• Excellence in orthopedic imaging means less effort
for positioning and easy access to even obese
patients via optimized C-arc design.

2. System overview
The Veradius Neo is a counterbalanced C-arm with a thin flat detector. The system consists
of a C-arm stand with a compact footprint and rear-wheel steering for easy maneuverability
and positioning. The intelligent design of the Mobile View Station provides the user with optimal
viewing and connectivity capabilities.

high quality images
The Veradius Neo features a second generation flat detector system to meet the needs of
surgeons performing challenging procedures. It reflects our long experience and leadership in
the design of flat detectors systems for cath labs. Surgeons can depend on superb image quality
with a higher dynamic range and less distortion than is possible with an image intensifier.

4. Geometry
The Veradius Neo features an enhanced C-arc design for image acquisition that increases
the working area and allows positioning obese patients with less effort. The Mobile View Station
has two LCD monitors for image processing, review, archiving, and display.
The C-arc is color-coded to provide clear visual aids about system movements that simplify
communication between team members. The system can be quickly positioned with less effort
through the smooth glide movement of the C-arc.

5. Imaging
The Smart Vision technology combined with DoseWise offers you the possibility to produce
exceptional high quality images and enhance the X-ray dose efficiency when possible.
