Stalls
There are over 100 stalls available at Vegfest UK Brighton. The stalls start at 2m front by 2m depth
and the price includes a table and chairs if required. There are also 4m frontage by 2m depth or a 6m
frontage by 2m depth options if required, or bigger if you want. There are no shell schemes available
– this is floorspace only, but you may erect your own stall if required – please contact the office for
further details about this.

Discounts are available for very small businesses (turnover under £20,000 a year), small campaign-
ers, not for profit groups, charities and therapists. If you would like to apply for a discounted rate stall
please contact the office.

Sharing
You are also welcome to share a stall (and the costs) if you only require a very small space or are
financially challenged. This could work out at as little as £24.50 + vat each for a 1m frontage by 2m
depth, sharing the table with someone else.

Electricity is available on request at an extra charge

All stall prices are subject to VAT at 17.5% in 2010 and 20% in 2011. Vat rate is applied at time of book-
ing and paying.

The website stays live for a minimum of 1 year and the ebulletins currently reach 12,000 recipients,
expected to increase to 15,000 by May 2011
