The VET program delivery is flexible and varies according to client
demand. Students are encouraged to refer to the University’s website

all courses are available to secondary school students through VET in
Schools programs. Where a course or individual unit of competency is
offered as a VET in Schools program, the relevant details are specified
in the course information on the website listed above. Some courses are
available only under an Australian apprenticeship.

Student ID cards
When your enrolment has been processed and confirmed, you are
entitled to a Student Identification Card (Photo ID) which can be
obtained at the Information Centre located on the ground floor in
Building Orange 1, Casuarina campus, Building A Palmerston campus
or at the Information Centre at Alice Springs campus. You will need to
provide photographic ID (driver’s licence or passport) when requesting
a student card. If you are unable to provide such documentation you
should contact P: 1800 061 963 for advice. External students can obtain
a card by completing GEN103 – Student Cards for External Students
form available from the Information Centre or at www.cdu.edu.au/
studentnet/adminforms. Your student card provides access to University
facilities such as the Library, after-hours computer labs, some discounts
at the University Bookshop and other discounts where notified by
the business concerned. Student cards are issued to students free of
charge. A $15 administration fee will apply when a lost card is replaced.
Stolen cards can be replaced free of charge when the application is
accompanied by a police incident number.

CDU, as a Registered Training Organisation, recognises the Australian
Qualifications Framework qualifications and Statements of Attainment
issued by any other Australian Registered Training Organisation.
Students are encouraged to submit any requests for credit from
previous studies when enrolling to ensure that they are not enrolling
in units they may not need to undertake. To apply for credit transfer
from units completed at another training organisation, complete
an Application for Credit Transfer (Recognition of Previous Studies)

WHAT FEES DO I NEED TO PAY?

For NT Government-subsidised courses, the RPL fee will be identical to
the VET tuition fee. For domestic students in non-subsidised courses, 1 4 January – 31 March 3 1 July – 30 September
