Dear Sir,

The Provisional Booking in Orion, Dharuhera Group Housing Project, I have requested for
Cancellation as there was no work going on and as per the other issues explained to you from
time to time in person and on phone. The registration of the aforesaid flat was agreed for
cancellation with refund of total money paid with regard to this transaction. Now you have
sent a post dated Cheque for Rs. 1,36,000/- with Cheque No. 237459 with date 27.12.2010.
The Signature was not been identified with name and the signatures are different on cover
letter as well as on the Cheque.

Also it has been notified to me in the letter asking for confirmation of my acceptance of refund
with a receipt stating that the said amount was received in my possession is not legally
tenable as I am yet to receive the funds from you. The Cheque is yet to be en-cashed. I would
provide you the said receipt only up-on receipt of money into my account.

I am also notifying herewith the said banker to honour my Cheque on presentation in view of
keeping and maintaing good relations with you as well as with the BANKERS with a copy of
your letter as well as copy of the Cheque and to avoid any kind of mis-understanding or mis-
management.

Till I receive the said amount (which was paid to your company almost two years back) into
my account, the said sum of Rs. 1,36,000/- I will have all the rights, title, lien and all such
legal entitlements with me whatsoever with respect to the said Provisional Booking and till to
that date Ms/. SNG Developers shall indemnify my payment with complete guarantee. Till
then M/s. SNG Developers or any other on their be-half-of, or any one will have no right to
hold, lease or sell out the above said flat and all rights shall rest with me till the payment is
cleared to me in full.

I request you to please do the needful and get the specific Cheque honored in time by the
BANKERS by the said date i.e 27.12.2010 and allow me to provide you a clean receipt of
receiving my own principle amount of Rs. 1,36,000/- which is not inclusive of any interest into
my account and to continue our good relations for the future with-out any hindrance or
objection on either side.

Copy: To the Branch Manager, UCO bank Parliament Street, New Delhi 110001. with a
request to verify the credibility of the enclosed Cheque with A/c No. 01200200061958 to meet
the ends of economic justice. I would pay all the charges that are to be paid for such
verification on information.
