Audit:
o To prepare organizational profile, audit strategy
memorandum, risk analysis, internal control questionnaire
o To select an effective audit team and to brief them about
the assignment
o To identify nature and extent of analytical procedure and
substantive procedure, to perform walk through test and
select materiality level
o To update audit program based on the nature, activities
and financial involvement of the organization and to prepare
operational flow
o To discuss with the management of the client about audit
issues and observations

Consultancy Service:
o Preparation of financial statements, data compilation, and
other related services.
o Financial and organizational review of NGO sector.
o Prescribe accounting treatment of property, plant &
equipment;
o Valuation of share, Assets revaluation and other
revaluations;
o Suggest assets recognition, determination of carrying
value of assets, valuation of net assets;
Taxation:
o Review of the Audited Financial Statements for Taxation
purpose of computation total taxable income and taxes
thereon and find out the respective heads which are not
allowed as per Income Tax Ordinance, 1984
o Different correspondence with the clients and Tax Authorities;
o Advising from time to time to the company to deduct tax at
source and deposit it to the Government treasury within the
stipulated time.
o Corporate and individual tax planning for future period and
tax planning for finalization of assessment of Company’s and
Individual (local and expatriate) for the current period
o Preparation of Tax planning for minimization of tax burden in
different stage under the Income Tax Ordinance 1984,
o Prepared documents and attend hearing at different stage for
obtaining approval of Gratuity from the National Board of
Revenue.
o Prepared documents and attend hearing with the respective
authority for obtaining approval of Provident Fund from the
Commissioner.
o Advising from time to time on various points relating to
taxation of the company and also of the employees.
Company Affairs and Other Services:
o Advising from time to time to maintain books and records as
required by the Companies Act, 1994.
o Advising from time to time on various points relating to
secretarial matters of the company.
o Preparing legal documents such as Memorandum and Articles
of Association, Employment Agreement and Appointment
Letter, Employees’ Provident and Gratuity Fund trust deed
and rules and regulations, lease agreement and Project
Profile etc.
