Why Indians worship SUN :

! !! Rig ved 1.50.1

"Wisemen know that rays of the rising Sun are vending multiple gifts of Nature
- While for lay men it is only seen as day break bu Sun."
Modern science calls the phenomenon as Photobiology , generation of Vitamin D i
n human body by exposure to UVB ( Ultra Violet B ) rays of Sun, and photosynthes
is .
Spending time out in the sun for at least 15 minutes a day provides a person wit
h natural vitamin-D for free. Vitamin-D is produced in the skin by a chemical re
action induced by the ultraviolet radiation of sunlight (photosynthesis).
Vitamin-D provides the ionization of ingested calcium and other positively charg
ed elements by the small intestines that are necessary for the proper functionin
g of our cells and organs. Just 15 minutes in the sun without anything on the sk
in, such as lotions, sun lotions or sun blocks, sets the body in to natural prod
uction of vitamin-D.
Did you know that our blood contains all the same minerals and elements that chl
orophyll in plants have, the difference being our blood contains iron which make
s our blood red. This is why we also experience photosynthesis.
Now why is it that we see so many more sick people these days? People have lost
sight of our natural ability to be healthy, through promoting new modern habits
devoid of logic, and breaking the patterns which maintain our healthy body and m
ind.
Lately people are afraid of the very life giving force, the Sun that maintains o
ur healthy biology! They listen to partial truths and accept it as whole truths,
to the detriment of their health. Yes, too much sun exposure is unhealthy but
so is too little. The sun provides us with so much more than we know.
We are bombarded by the media of “how harmful the sun is, so buy sun screen and us
e it every time and all the time”; this spin has made many companies richer while
people who believed it, are now seeing the slow onslaught of disease.
Seems like more people are now allergic to something, immunity is compromised, e
xperiencing more pain in the joints and legs, digestion is poor, which if not pu
t in to balance will develop in to more chronic diseases later on. It is a slow
but predictable downward path when you break the natural cycle of health through
certain modern habits and poor diets.
People who do not get sun exposure for natural occurring vitamin-D and/or take v
itamin-D supplements, are missing this key mineral, for there is very little vit
amin-D available through our foods. Without vitamin-D, calcium cannot be absorbe
d and our fluids in and around our cells do not get their needs met. It disrupts
their natural pH of around 6.5 to 7.2. When we deviate from that we open the do
or to illness.
Presently we are hearing in the media how we need more vitamin-D than was previo
usly thought for optimum health… but they are they telling us to go sit in the sun
for 15 minutes? No. Why would they as they want to keep taking your money selli
ng you sun screens and vitamin-D supplements. Understand that media is all about
selling something and does not provide you with full understanding of our physi
ology. A more complete understanding comes from study and from our health practi
tioners.
Sun exposure is free, worldwide! Our sun is the best source of vitamin-D. Sit o
r lie out in the sun and get your supply. Later, after you received the benefit
of photosynthesis, use sun screen if you need to stay out in the sun for long pe
riods of time.
Be careful not to get a sun burn. If the skin starts to get red, get out of the
sun as it is too much sun, and it is best not to let your skin ever turn red. T
oo much exposure is why so many doctors wish for us to use sun screens. Some peo
ple believe that they only way to get a tan is to burn the skin, but that is so
wrong. To get a real tan, it must be acquired very slowly, and multiple outtings
while never burning the skin.
Charging up!
The sun provides so much more than just vitamin-D, for it also charges up our e
nergy centers (chakras) and influences our endocrine system. The human body is a
n energetic system as well as a physical functioning body.
Every body has are seven primary energy centers; one that faces the ground at th
e perineum, five that are located the front and the back of our body with our sp
inal column as an intersection of each center, and one at the top of our head. E
ach energy center takes in vital energies and expel energy as needed. Incoming e
nergy feeds our organs and moves out throughout our body. It is vital, primal en
ergy and necessary for life. Science has confirmed these energy centers. There a
re also many smaller energy centers all over the body as well. Sun feeds our ene
rgetic system.
Your hypothalamus and pituitary glands are located right behind your eyes which
need sunlight, without sunglasses. When enough sunlight flows through the eyes s
timulating these endocrine glands, they naturally regulate your appetite, sleep,
body temperature, sexual functions, water balance, and hormones. Many of these
functions also regulates body nutrients.
Spending 15 minutes a day in the sun, bare-skinned, will charge up these systems
, and produce the right amount of vitamin-D. Do not use anything before this tim
e in the sun, and where minimal clothes as well. You can be out early in the mor
ning or late in the evening so that you will not get to hot or burn. Drink plent
y of water as well. Hydration allows all these processes to flow.
So get your free supply of natural occurring vitamin-D and charge your health wi
th the daily Sun.
