Role: Program Analyst (Sep 2008 – Nov 2008)
• Responsible to provide Analytical support to Program Office. In which Project wise staffing
summary & Area chart, Department wise, Summary of free resources, Summary of additional
resource needs Contractor summary.
• Responsible to maintain Site Resource Budget Plan, Consultant tracking and reporting out
resource summary, Accurate details of current headcount, Open requirement, Offers In-pine.
• Followup with the Engineers to get Project Status Report, summarize status to Program manager.
• Maintain Project Eroom/ Wiki for updates & Administration support. Addition/Removal of
members from mailing-list. Upload Detailed Plan to Eroom every week.
• Responsible for Weekly status reports, Compliances, Schedule review, Publish resource plan
charts.
Validate and analyze the (Environment, Social, Governance) risk data for trends in the internal
(company reports) and external (sector reports).
• Validate and analyze the Sovereign risk data for 18 emerging market countries (Geo-
Political risk, Socio-Economic risk, Human Rights risk, Labor Rights risk, Environmental
Risk, Financial transparency and Governance risk)
• Understand the impact of data and the effect that the changes have on the sector (Steel
Automobiles, Metals & Mining) and on the Emerging market countries.
• Analyze the facts, integrate the information, and use the process knowledge to rate the
companies
• Work with the research reporters and other cross-functional teams to access information
to assure quality for reports.
• Relationship Management: Responsible for managing existing Innovest client and
managing mutually beneficial relationship with them.
• Key Client Visits: Handling key client visits, presenting before them with the team, the
full view of our ESG support capabilities, tools and processes implemented and
explaining the key solution highlights.
• Strategy: Identifying market opportunities in ESG space and formulating market
strategies.
• Marketing Initiatives: Marketing and Brand Development activities like content for
marketing collaterals, analyst query response, articles for internal and customer
publications.
• Interacting with the client for their specific business requirements, analyzing and
understanding client’s requirements.
• Research and analytics for the different regions in North America, which enabled the
management in strategic decision-making.
