1 Pay Package

2.1 Fixed Salary per Month

 Petrol/Traveling allowance : 1500 Rs
 Mobile Phone Allowance : 1000 Rs
 Laptop Allowance : 1000 Rs
 Internet Allowance (Fixed) : 500 Rs
 Internet Allowance (Mobile Broadband) : 500 Rs

2.3.1 Targets
You will be primarily required to market hotel website booking engine called as “eZeeLink” and listing to our online booking portal “eZeeStay”. These
product does not have any cost to customer until customer start generating additional business with the help of product.

 eZeeLink expected Targets per month : 8


 eZeeStay expected listing targets per month : 45

Target is considered to be met when a customer goes live with eZeeLink.

2.4 General Terms & Conditions


 Initial Training and evaluation period will be 2 Weeks
 This offer is subject to you passing initial evaluation test at the end of 2 weeks initial training with the company
 Your employment with company will only start after 2 weeks initial training and evaluation period
 No Salary or other benefits will be paid during initial training and evaluation period (2 Weeks) however your lodging arrangements (if needed
by you) will be made and paid by the company during initial training and evaluation period
 Candidates must have their own Bike, laptop, mobile phone and USB internet modem to be considered for this offer.
 Candidate needs to provide a proof to company within 15 days of joining the company that you have arranged Bike, Mobile Phone, Laptop and
Internet to be eligible for fixed allowance.
 Performance review will be held at the end of each quarter. If candidate’s performance is not found satisfactory for the quarter candidate’s
employment with the company may be terminated at the discretion of the management.

 To get 100% salary and allowance credit for a month, a candidate MUST achieve at least 5 eZeeLink targets and 25 eZeeStay listings or
equivalent in that particular month. Not meeting 5 eZeeLink targets and 25 eZeeStay listings and equivalent in a month may mean an impact
on candidate’s salary and allowances for the month and the salary and allowances disbursement for that month will be at the discretion of
the management.
 In case of not meeting monthly or quarterly targets in preceding month, any target related bonuses pay out in following month will be at the
discretion of the management.
 Loyalty Bonus is a lump sum amount paid at the completion of 24 months employment with the company and thereafter every 24th month.
Loyalty bonus is not paid on pro-rata basis if candidate leaves employment in between.
 18 months mandatory service bond with the company. A monetary penalty will be levied to cover the training and opportunity costs.
 1 Month notice period from either party after 18 months of service.
 Company may terminate employment contract without giving any notice during first 18 months of service if company is not satisfied with
candidate’s performance at any time during the first 18 months of candidate’s service.
 Candidate may be required to be present at company’s head office in Bangalore time to time for training, meeting and reporting purposes.
