Maintenance Services

Maintenance Services refers to updating the site with all text and images on a monthly
basis. You must provide the text and images. Maintenance also covers other activities such
as hot-line support, site-loading checks, broken links, review and recommend changes, etc.

We recommend Clients take our Maintenance package so that all aspects of the Site are
cared for and controlled on a regular basis rather than at the last moment when something
goes wrong.

The standard services as itemized below are part of our maintenance and support for your
website

-c Monitor website daily to ensure it is running properly

-c Maintain and monitor database server and website connection to DB server (if site
has a database)
-c Revisions to existing pages such as About Us and News
-c Additional site works for extension to the site covering new pages and/or functions

Requests / changes covered by maintenance which exceeds the chosen package
(monthly hours) will be billed at a rate of PhP 600.00 per hour.

Other programming services or additional functionalities for the site (if any) shall
be quoted separately.

Time reports will be submitted at the end of each month on the amount of hours
used.

Payment Terms
- 50% down payment ± to start the web project
- 50% after 6th month of service
- Payment to be billed for On Call Maintenance
