ABOUT COMPANY : J&K Group of Companies having Four sister concerns is a leading Cement
Manufacturing Company of the state. These are M/s Shiva Industries, M/s Ganpati Cements ,M/s VMT
Industries (A Franchisee of JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd.) . All the Four units are located within
distance of 2 Km and connected by Fiber Optic Cable (OFC) and a Server.
My Role here is to provide Down to Up Level support in maintaining and Upgrading
Server OS, Client
OS ,involvement in troubleshooting techniques of Hardware regarding Networking , OFC
Connectivity and Maintaining skills to the Current Industry level of Certification. Performing tasks
related to Backups and Restoration of Application Software and User Data in Active
Directory in Windows 2003 Server based Environment and client machines, to perform the
assigned tasks in accordance with the established Standards and Guidelines .In Addition to this I
have to provide the technical support to VOIP phones installed onsite through their respective
EPABX’s .
