Interview tips
Interview Techniques
The interview is not only a chance for the interviewer to assess if you are the
right person for the job, but it is also an opportunity for you to see if the forces
are suitable for u.
During the interview u need to look for opportunities to be proactive and ask ur
own questions or try to lead the di...scussion where appropriate. Questions
should reflect your keenness to work for the Forces.

Keep your concentration levels up during the interview and make sure you listen to the responses theinterviewer

gives you. The worst mistakes happen when people end up asking questions about topicsthat have already been

covered, or don't hear or understand what the interviewer has said.

Key points:

Make sure you give the interviewer your full attention

Wait for them to finish speaking, before you answer the question

Make sure you ask open questions, to ensure you get full answers ... See More

Check you understand everything that has been said

What are your biggest accomplishments? This should be job related, and is a chance to show your

competency

Where do you see yourself in five years time?

Points you need to remember:

Smiling is a good positive signal, as it reaffirms your good nature

Maintain eye contact

Relax do not rush or fidget

Mirror the interviewers techniques, if they laugh, laugh with them

Maintain an alert position, sit up straight, don't slump, but be comfortable

Always have a confident and honest attitude.
First Impressions
Most people make an initial opinion of a stranger within the first five minutes ofmeeting them.
According to research candidiates' impressions are made up of thefollowing:
Body Language and image (70%)
...Tone of voice (20%)
What you say (10%)

As soon as you enter the building you need to be polite to everyone you meet. You need to remain calm

and confident, give a firm handshake, and remember to make eye contact. You need to put both
yourself and the interviewer at ease by being down-to-earth whilst remaining business-like, it is often

quite a good idea to have a few conversation openers, especially if the interviewer takes you to the

interview room, it helps break the silence..

Interview Questions at ISSB generally have four categories:
1. Questions from your personal life
Be prepared for the questions from your personal life specially any troubled
times that you might have seen. They give you forms to fill on the first day
having questions about whole your life. They know your brought up and a...ny
hard times you might have seen or they even rightly predict them without
mentioning.

2. Questions from GK

Give Geography a special consideration. Like where a country, lake, ocean etc is located. Consult world

map as well as that of Pakistan. They may also ask you about roads, currencies and capitals.

Some questions are particular to Pakistan and a few about Islam.

From Current Affairs they may ask about your opinion about particular issues as well as they ask

questions about abbreviations like NADRA, PEMRA etc.

3. Academic
There are some questions specific to your field.

4. Mathematical

Since they have your IQ level from verbal and nonverbal tests such questions are to check whether you

can apply your mind in practical situations. At first the questions might sound difficult but it is almost

never the case.

Make sure you apply the BODMAS rule like: two plus two divided by two is 3 never two. Two plus two

into two ... See Moreis 6 never eight. Divide, Multiply, Add and then subtract.

Then there are questions for decimal calculations. Do not panic if they sound difficult at first. They justinvolve

simple consideration. Like 0.5/0.05 equals 10, 0.5/0.25 equals 2. Practice them at your own soyou can just pick that

up there

In start they ask simple questions but level of difficulty increases as you answer them rightly. So they

may ask some calculations like if one kilogram sugar in of 37.5 what will be the price of 5 kilogram?

Obviously you have to multiply but you are not provided with any paper. You can add 30 five times, then

7 and then .5 in your mind if it is ... See Moreeasy for you or you can multiply them by visualizing the

whole figure in your mind.

Last but not the least

Never never lose your temper be very calm. They usually check your temper in personal questions like

by taunting any of your close relatives, by asking what would you do in some particular situation etc.
these questions were asked From me now a days Its so simple like
What is the 80% of 80...?
&If a plane is Flying wth 3600km/Hour then In one sec how much Km he covered.....??
STORY WRITTING TEST TIPS

4. Do not hurry thought for a little moment & then start writing.
5. Make your concept clear, & bring conciseness in it.

6. It doesn't matter that your story end or not what matters is that what you have written in it , so

choose your words carefully.

IMF
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is the international organization that oversees the
global financial system by following the macroeconomic policies of its member countries, in
particular those with an impact on exchange rate and the balance of payments.
It is an organization formed with a stated objective of stabilizing international exchange rates andfacilitating
development through the enforcement of liberalising economic policies [3] [4] on othercountries as a condition for
loans, restructuring or aid.[5] It also offers highly leveraged loans, mainly to poorer countries. Its headquarters are
in Washington, D.C., United States.
The International Monetary Fund was created in July 1944, originally with 45 members,[6] with a
goal to stabilize exchange rates and assist the reconstruction of the world's international payment
system. Countries contributed to a pool which could be borrowed from, on a temporary basis, by
countries with payment imbalances (Condon, 2007). The IMF was important when it was first
created because it helped the world stabilize the economic system. The IMF is still important
because it works to improve the economies of its member countries.[7]
The IMF describes itself as "an organization of 186 countries (as of June 29, 2009),[8][9]wo r k ing
to foster global monetary cooperation, secure financial stability, facilitate international trade,
promote high employment and sustainable economic growth, and reduce poverty". With the
exception of Taiwan (expelled in 1980),[10] North Korea, Cuba (left in 1964),[11] Andorra,
Monaco, Liechtenstein, Tuvalua nd Nauru, all UN member states participate directly in the IMF.
Member states are represented on a 24-member Executive Board (five Executive Directors are
appointed by the five members with the largest quotas, nineteen Executive Directors are elected
by the remaining members), and all members appoint a Governor to the IMF's Board of
Governors.[12]
The International Monetary Fund was conceived in July 1944 during the United Nations
Monetary and Financial Conference. The representatives of 45 governments met in the Mount
Washington Hotel in the area of Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, United States, with the
delegates to the conference agreeing on a framework for international economic cooperation.[13]The IMF was
formally organized on December 27, 1945, when the first 29 countries signed itsArticles of Agreement. The
statutory purposes of the IMF today are the same as when they wereformulated in 1943 (see #Assistance and
reforms
).
[edit] Today
The IMF's influence in the global economy steadily increased as it accumulated more members. The number of IMF
member countries has more than quadrupled from the 44 states involved inits establishment, reflecting in
particular the attainment of political independence by many
developing countries and more recently the collapse of the Soviet bloc. The expansion of the
IMF's membership, together with the changes in the world economy, have required the IMF to
adapt in a variety of ways to continue serving its purposes effectively.
In 2008, faced with a shortfall in revenue, the International Monetary Fund's executive board
agreed to sell part of the IMF's gold reserves. On April 27, 2008, IMF Managing Director
Dominique Strauss-Kahn welcomed the board's decision of April 7, 2008 to propose a new
framework for the fund, designed to close a projected $400 million budget deficit over the nextfew years. The
budget proposal includes sharp spending cuts of $100 million until 2011 that willinclude up to 380 staff dismissals.
[14]
At the 2009 G-20 London summit, it was decided that the IMF would require additional financial
resources to meet prospective needs of its member countries during the ongoing global financial
crisis. As part of that decision, the G-20 leaders pledged to increase the IMF's supplemental cash
tenfold to $500 billion, and to allocate to member countries another $250 billion via Special
Drawing Rights.[15][16]
[edit] Data dissemination systems
ination systems
The application will be considered first by the IMF's Executive Board. After its consideration,
the Executive Board will submit a report to the Board of Governors of the IMF with
recommendations in the form of a "Membership Resolution." These recommendations cover the
amount ofquota in the IMF, the form of payment of the subscription, and other customary terms
