This has reference to your above enquiry for CTs and PTs. We manufacture Current Transformers as
per IS: 2705 (1992) and Potential Transformers as per IS: 3156 (1992). All routine tests will be
conducted by us at our works as per the IS specifications.

Terms & Conditions:
1 Price : Prices quoted are on Ex-works basis exclusive of all Taxes, Duties, Govt.
Levies, Service Tax etc. and these will be charged extra as applicable at the
time of dispatch.
2. Excise duty : As applicable at the time of delivery. The present rate is 10% and Cess on ED is
3%.
3 Sales Tax : As applicable at the time of delivery. The present rate is 2% against 'C' Form.
Or VAT @ 14.5%.
4. Warranty : Warranty will be for a period of 12 months from the date of supply as against 24
months from date of commissioning or 30 months from date of dispatch which is
earlier .
5. Payment : 30% advance and balance against Proforma Invoice in the form of DD Payable at
Secunderabad. a
6. Delivery : To start within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of receipt of your technically and
commercially clear purchase order and approval of drawings whichever is later.
7. Validity : Our offer is valid for 30 days.
8. Jurisdiction : Subject to Secunderabad jurisdiction only.
9. Freight : Fright Will be to our account as per old PO.
10 Insurance : The Buyer should arrange insurance

5. The above prices are exclusive of Marshalling box & terminal Connectors. If you require the
same will be charged extra at ₹. 6,500.00 per Marshalling box& ₹. 650.00 per RIGID type
Terminal Connector suitable for ACSR Conductor.
6. PS class details like VK,Rct & Im values are not given in your Enq. Therfore, we have quoted
as per standard specifications. Please review the same.
