1. Minimum 200 sq.ft. area in the main commercial centre of the

2. Applicant must be in the age group of 22-40 years.

3. A well furnished front office and 2 fully furnished Counselling Cabins.

4. Minimum 2 Counsellores, 1 Centre Manager

5. Commitment and good administrative skills.

6. Dedication - The franchisee must spend at least 75% of his/her time at the
Franchisee Office.

7. Franchisee Office will have to develop the market of Products/Services

offered by IGC in their Local Region. Franchisee Office will also be responsible to
make New Agents/Associates in their area.

Earning Potential for Franchisee :

 For Overseas Education Cases, Franchisee will be getting 60% of Total
Commission Received from Foreign Institutes.
 Rs 30,000 to Rs 80000 average Margin on Other Cases related to
Immigration(Work,PR, Visitor Visa, Internship, Resident Card, etc.)
 Rs 50,000 to Rs 1 lakh average margin on each admission of MBBS/MS/MD,
etc in India under Management/NRI Quota.

All Income Calculations are Approximate. Actual Figure May vary. We have
taken the minimum Figures. We expect minimum 30 Cass from Franchisee Per
Month.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, OBLIGATIONS OF FRANCHISER :

 Franchiser has absolute discretion to accept or to reject the Cases Forwarded

by Franchisee.

 After reviewing Cases Franchiser will issue the Invoice to Franchisee. Invoice
will include Name of Client, Description of Service to be Offered, Schedule of
Processing Charges, Payment Procedure & Refund Policy, etc.

 In the Case of Study Visa Where Franchiser is Offering FREE SERVICES,

Franchiser will provide the information about Share of Franchisee from the
Commission received from Overseas Institute/University in Payment Schedule.
Payment Schedule will include Name of Institute/University, Course Levels &
Incentive Share of Franchisee.

 Franchiser will supply Franchisee with required quantities of Institutions

Brochures, literatures and other promotional material, depending upon
availability.

 Franchiser will provide training and advice on new changes in Visas and new
programs being offered to the Franchisee on regular basis.

 Updates and Newsletters of various Universities/Institutions and Visa

regulation Updates will be provided by Franchiser on regular basis.

 Franchiser will Fully Support the Franchisee in marketing Efforts of Later.

 Franchiser authorizes the Franchisee to use the name of Franchiser in

advertisement/Promotions but with Prior Written Approval from Franchiser
only.

 Franchiser will not approach directly to the Clients of Franchisee.

Franchiser will never disclose the Invoice to Clients of Franchisee.

 In Case any Client of Franchisee approaches directly to Franchiser, and

 Franchisee has earlier Forwarded the Documents to Franchiser of said Client,
the Case will be treated as a Case of Franchisee and Share of Franchisee will be
given by Franchiser.

 Franchiser can terminate this Agreement If they find Franchisee is tarnishing

image/reputation of Franchiser.

Franchisee agrees that during the legal term of this agreement it will:

 Perform all services pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with the national
and local laws

 Franchisee will be available regularly to Students/Clients on regular basis to

Provide Various Consultancy Services authorized by Franchiser

 Franchisee will do proper marketing to get the Cases as directed by Franchiser

on regular basis. Marketing includes Seminars, Counseling Sessions,
Advertisement on Internet, Print Media, Electronic Media or any Kind of Other
Marketing Channel.

 Franchisee will not do any False Promise to Students/Clients.

 Franchisee will not mislead the Students/Clients. Franchisee will provide the
information provided by Franchiser only regarding Various Consultancy
Services.

 Franchisee will do the Screening of Students/Clients prior to Forwarding the

File to Franchiser. Franchiser will provide guidelines to Screen the Profiles by
time to time.

 Franchisee Complies with applicable law of the Territory and jurisdictions in

which Franchiser is located, and the terms of this Agreement.
 Franchisee will refer cases of Genuine Student/Clients only to Franchiser.
Franchisee will not send any Fraud/Duplicate Documents of Students/Clients
to Franchiser for Case Processing.
1. The Franchisee will help to guide the Students/Clients for Visa Process,
File Preparation, Visa Interview preparation and Pre departure orientation as
directed by Franchiser.
