Dato 'Dr. Haji Mohd. Fadzilah Kamsah born on July 16, 1951 in Sg. Penang, Klang. He is the
managing director of Excel Training & Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd.. and director of the ETC
Communications Sdn. Bhd.. He served as deputy director of the CECE, UPM from 1993 to
September 1993. He has previously served as a lecturer and tutor in the Department of
Development Communication, UPM.
He holds a B.S Agric. Sciences (1st Class Hons) from Universiti Malaya in 1975. Then he
continued his studies at Wisconsin, USA to take MS Agricultural Journalism in 1977. He has a
Ph.D Organisational Communication from Wisconsin, USA in 1984.
In the field of coaching, he has been handling more than 6,000 in-service courses for government
agencies and private companies in the field of motivation, communication, public relations,
human relations, customer service, work ethics, corporate culture, counseling, leadership,
management, supervision, conflict and stress, coaching techniques, public speaking, parenting,
learning techniques, methodology, mission, entrepreneurship, team building, report writing, social
ethics, mind and self and others.
Besides being a motivational expert, he also held many posts in various places. Among them:
