•Started operating as Sub-broker in the name and style of ‘M/s Sneh Capital’, a sole
1999 - 00 proprietorship concern

•Acquired Promoters took over BSE registered M/s Sanyei Mediquip Ltd through their
2003 – 04 investment vehicle M/s Sneh Shares and Securities Pvt. Ltd.

•Commodity and Insurance broking business commenced under M/s IndiaNivesh Insurance
Brokers Pvt Ltd and M/s IndiaNivesh Commodities Pvt Ltd
2003 – 04

•IndiaNivesh Securities Pvt Ltd formed to enter Stock Broking and Wealth Management
2006 - 07 business.

•M/s Sanyei Mediquip Ltd re-christened as M/s IndiaNivesh Ltd and IndiaNivesh Ltd registered
itself as Non-banking Financial company (NBFC) with RBI and started the Stressed Asset
2007 – 08 Management Operations.

Stressed Asset Management: Our Key Strength

Identification of Assets:
This includes identification of valuable assets unlocked in the Banking system

Scrutiny and Due Diligence:

This includes meticulous assessment of all the aspects related to the asset: Market Report, Fair
Value of Asset, Status of Borrowings and charges over the Assets, Status of Statutory, Status of
Labour Dues, Status of other Litigation, Custody of Land, etc.

Debt Aggregation:
Negotiating and aggregation of debts from various Banks/ FIs at lower cost

Resolution of Debt:
Settlement with owner, labour, other parties and also statutory dues etc.

Co-venture with a Leading Bank:

We have Co-venture arrangement with one of the leading institution in the country which has
successfully implemented this model, wherein it invests 50% in the debts identified by us and
also assist in resolution.

He is an Independent Chairman of IndiaNivesh Limited and also a Senior partner in A. Bafna &
Company, a Chartered Accountancy firm. He possesses around 25 years experience in the areas of
Management Consultancy, Project Financing, Taxation, Auditing and Corporate Law matters. He
specializes in project and management consultancy and has also handled foreign assignments. He has
also been appointed as a National Expert on Marble & Granite by United Nation Industrial Development
Organization (UNIDO), Vienna, Austria. He also has rich experience of dealing with Banks/FIs and has a
deep-rooted network in the Indian banking sector and has also played a vital role in managing the
Stressed Asset portfolio of the company.

 Dinesh Nuwal - Vice Chairman of IndiaNivesh Limited

He is the Vice Chairman of IndiaNivesh Limited. Mr. Nuwal was a Senior partner in T. C Chaudhari &
Co, Chartered Accountants. He is having more than 18 years of rich experience in Capital & Commodity
Markets, Investment Management, Project Financing, Taxation, Compliance, Corporate Affairs etc, audit
and accounts. Mr. Nuwal is also the Chairman and Managing Director of IndiaNivesh Securities Private
Limited.

 Hemant Panpalia - Non executive Director of IndiaNivesh Limited

Mr. Hemant Panpalia is a Chartered Accountant and a non executive director of IndiaNivesh Limited. He
has more than 13 years of experience in the fields of Corporate & Project Finance, Merger & Acquisitions,
Resource raising activities, Capital market advisory, Corporate Taxation, Investment Banking, Primary
and Secondary Markets, Merchant Banking, Consultancy and Corporate Compliances etc.

 Rajesh Nuwal –Managing Director IndiaNivesh Ltd.

Mr. Rajesh Nuwal has more 15 years of experience in the field of Capital Markets, Stressed Asset
Management, Investment Management, Project Financing and Corporate Advisory. His
competencies straddle across diverse asset classes of Equities, Debt, Commodities, Realty and
Distressed Assets. He is very well versed with technical and fundamental trading strategies for Long
only or Long-Short portfolios.

Mr Nuwal is an avant-garde visionary, and is one of co-founders of IndiaNivesh group. Under his
leadership the IndiaNivesh group has gown from a tiny start-up to become formidable contributor in
the financial services domain. In demonstration of his strong business acumen and leadership
qualities, Mr Nuwal implemented a combination of organic and inorganic means of growth for
IndiaNIvesh group. Consequently, within less than 10 years, IndiaNivesh has emerged into a multi-
product financial institution, listed on Bombay Stock Exchange, with presence in 25 cities in India
and directly employing more than 200 professionals. Besides, for the future, there are aggressive
growth plans that entails deepening the India presence, initiating global presence of IndiaNivesh
group and establishing Alternate Investment Management vertical. Mr. Nuwal also brings forth
many relationships with Indian corporates and banks.

Mr. Rajesh Nuwal is a Chartered Accountant (an Associate of ICAI) and Cost and Works Accountant
(an Associate of IICWA). He is also a Graduate in Commerce from University of Rajasthan.

 Girish Bhagat , Managing Director, IndiaNivesh Investment Advisory Company Ltd. ( a company
under incorporation)
Girish Bhagat has over three decades of experience, in areas of Investment Management, Capital Markets,
Investment Banking, Alternate Investments, IT Services and Urban Infrastructure development.

Presently Mr Bhagat is also Secretary (India) to The EuroIndia Centre (EIC), which is a not-profit body
founded by Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India and the former Prime Minister of France, late
Mr. Raymond Barre. EIC focuses on development of urban infrastructure and alternate energy, and therein
promotes business, technological and governmental cooperation. Besides, Mr. Bhagat is a member of
Managing Committee and Chairperson of Finance Committee of Remaking of Mumbai Federation. Mr
Bhagat is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Previously, Mr. Bhagat has worked HSBC’s India Development Centre; was the founding CEO of HDFC
Securities that served the retail investors; and also co-founded lIT InvesTrust a Capital Markets and
Corporate Advisory firm. At Citibank India, he pioneered the custody business. In Unit Trust of India (UTI)
he was Executive Assistant to the Chairman and a Member of UTI’s Committee of Management. At UTI he
launched the first ever India Fund; and there he prepared business strategies that led to a manifold growth
in its resources; built an asset funding product, created Venture Capital institutional framework and
designed UTI’s business and investment strategies.

He is a Masters in Business Economics and a Graduate in Economics from the University of Delhi.

 Daljeet Singh Kohli - Head of Research, IndiaNivesh Securities Private Ltd.

Daljeet comes with an experience of more than 17 years in Economics and Equity research. His experience
spans across economies and many specific sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, auto ancillaries,
retail, etc. Daljeet’s strengths lie in his ability to relate global macro economic situations, political and
social factors; and relate them to their micro impact at a country or industrial sector or company level.

Previously, Daljeet has worked in an Australian company in its Global equity research hub in India. He
has also led the Equity research teams in other eminent financial services houses of India. He has been
writing reports on sectors/companies regularly. He has written many a times for almost all the financial
newspapers & business magazines. He is a regular on various TV shows done by NDTV Profit, CNBC TV
18, CNBC Awaaz, ET Now & UTVi.

Daljeet has also been visiting faculty at various business schools and a trainer in personality development
courses. He was an active member of Rotary International & Jaycee International & keenly involved in
various social services projects of these clubs.
