family for willingly accepting us and unselfishly shared to us their condition without any

for their brilliant thoughts which are all of great significance to us as we continue to
hone our attitude, skills and knowledge as nursing students.

emotionally and spiritually. Thank you for always staying at our side and for untiringly

Fourth, to all the Barangay Officials of Matina Pangi including all the Barangay
Health Workers, Nurse and Midwife of their Health Center, thank you for letting us stay
in your community and have our COPAR exposure in your area.

Fifth, to our classmates who are all talented and open heartedly helped us during
our activities.

And lastly, to our Almighty GOD for all HIS blessings and graces HE unselfishly
showered upon us, for all the heavenly knowledge and wisdom HE bestowed upon us,
