Registration Procedures:
Step 1: Submit your roster and team entry fee at the Campus Recreation Intramural / Rec Sports Office.
Those people designated on this roster as the Team Administrators will be granted rights to register this `official roster'.
Step 2: Go to the Campus Rec website www.campusrec.ualberta.ca and follow the Intramural link to the “My Intramurals” logon.
Step 3: If this team name appears when you login, click on the `Team Name' under Team Administration and you will be able to add these players to your
official roster. If the team does not appear, perhaps the Campus Rec Intramural Staff is still in the process of adding your team and rights to the
system.
Step 4: It is the Team Administrator's responsibility to make certain that all players are added to the official roster and to notify players who cannot be
added that there is a problem, i.e. either the ONEcard # or Last Name is incorrect or perhaps their membership is inactive. The system will also
notify you if a player is already on another roster in this activity.
Step 5: Please remind your players that they MUST bring their ONEcard to ALL games, as they WILL be asked to provide it as proof of eligibility and they will
also be required to register their ONEcard # on the gamesheet as proof of having participated in that game.
