The year 2009 started with a wage increase for every employee at BrandTailors, and continued with an approxi-
mately 120.000 euro investment in launching Community BrandTailors, the Digital Branding Department. At
the end of 2009, the salary budget registered a 38% growth in regard to 2008.
The BrandTailors management team’s decisions were very productive. As a result, at the end of 2009 the
company had already developed a number of 25 projects for already existing clients or new contracted ones.
Last year, prestigious companies such as Albalact, Azuga Waters, Lactalis, Libarom Agri and Randler worked with
BrandTailors for complex branding projects.
In 2008, BrandTailors had a 19% market share, according to an analysis based on the financial data provided by
the Ministry of Finance. In 2009, as specialists estimate, BrandTailors’ market share will increase with at least
2-3%. The BrandTailors management team is also optimistic regarding the evolution of the company for 2010:

I estimate a 15% turnover growth over 2009. Now we have a
