2. Be at the place at the appointed time
3. Know something about the institution
4. Be at your best
5. Knock before you enter

9. Never boast about your achievements
10. Don’t argue with the interviewer
11. Avoid using slang
12. Avoid frequent use of some phrases or words

1. Keep our position for at least two years


2. If advantages outweigh disadvantages, make a move
3. Involve our family in deciding
4. If offered a better position, talk it over with your employer
5. Use prudence in accepting another position
6. Do a self analysis
7. Give advance notice
8. Leave with a clean record

Writing a resignation letter, remember the following:
