1) IPS/WBMS June 2007 – Sep 2007

Description:
This application is mainly aimed to handle the details like Agents
information's, policy information, claims information and holder’s information. This
application helps the diff users to maintain the different department details, and it
generates multiple reports based on diff conditions. (Copy the First two
paragraphs of SRS)

Responsibilities:

 Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications of the Project.

 Identified Test Scenarios required for testing.

 Participated in designing the Test cases.

 Prepared and Executed Test Cases as per System Requirements.
 Performed various black box testing Methodologies like Functional testing,
Usability Testing and Regression testing.

 Defect Reporting and Tracking using Bugzilla 3.2 and Track+ 3.7.

 QTP 10.0 was used to generate automated test scripts for functionality.

 Created and Implemented Key-word Driven framework.

 Extensively performed Manual Testing process to ensure the quality of the

software.

2) Academic Project Work:

Title: Working Model of Governor and Excitation System of Hydro Station
Description:
This Project discussed about the Generating Electricity by Hydraulic Power
plant Using Kaplan Turbine. The control panel has been fabricated and erected
controlling governor systems, excitation system, water level system and unit system
Load must be fed at Constant Voltage and Frequency. The Governor receives the
signal from frequency at the load end, according to that it adopts the rated speed of
the system to maintain constant load frequency, i.e. the frequency at load end. To
maintain the constant voltage the excitation of the alternator is changed by using
excitation systems. The Stable operation can be achieved by maintaining the Load
end at Constant voltage and Frequency by means of Speed Regulation.
