less costly to maintain and accessing
social service and utilities such as
water, electricity is cheaper and easier.
Multifamily houses are available
in form of duplexes, quadruplets,
rental apartments, cooperatives units’
condominium units.
The high-rise buildings exist in
form of a small city with business
offices, stores, recreation facilities
such as swimming pools, bars and
night clubs gives a reason why they
are becoming famous.
In spite of the rising trend of the

type of housing today is still the
