Please find below the followings details for the recruitment of Manpower. SERVICE CHARGE – AED
8,000/PER HEAD = US$2200.00

Just a brief on the requirements: (nationality requirements: Indian, Sri Lankan, Jamaican, Nepali, Egyptian, African,
Somalia)

1. Branch In-charge / Manager – 3 staffs

2. Operations Executive – 2 staffs

3. Marketing executive – 4 staffs

4. Remittance Executive – 5 staffs

5. Cashiers – 3 staffs

6. Single window operators – 5 staffs

7. Office Assistants (office boys) – 2 staffs

8. Driver – 2 staffs

Total number of employees required = 26

The nationality requirement has been mentioned in the excel sheet – however, we could look at some Egyptian, East
/ South African and Jordanian nationals to increase our company’s nationality weight age to enter the category – A.

The job profile of the Branch In-charge & the operations Executive are attached.

Remittance Executives & Cashiers

The candidates should be from the Banking and Finance or the foreign exchange domain with about 2-3 years of
experience.

Compensation for a Remittance Executive would be about AED 2500-3000 = (US$680 -US$800) per month and
Cashiers would be about AED 3000 -4500 (varied on experience). = US$800-US$1200) per month.

Single Window Operators

These candidates should also be from the Banking & Finance domain or the foreign exchange. This is a specialized
position for smaller branches where the remittance executives also performs the duties of a cashier. Salary Range
could be between AED 3000 – 4500 (varied on experience). = US$$800-US$1100 per month.

Marketing Executives

These candidates should be from the Banking and Finance domain with about 2 -3 years of experience.
Compensation would be about AED 3000 – 4000 per month. =US$800-US$1100 per month

Office Assistants (office boy)

The candidates need not be highly qualified – however they should be well versed with English language. The salary
for them will be up to AED 2000. =US$550

Drivers

These candidates also need not be highly qualified – however they should be well versed with English language. The
salary will up to AED 3000. =US$800

Taxi Drivers could earn more with commission depending on how much income they take in for the employer.

Along with the monthly salary the selected employees would also be entitled:

Annual return air tickets to his home town (up to AED 1800) + cashless medical insurance + 30 days paid leave +
gratuity as per the UAE labor law.

JOB PROFILE FOR BRANCH IN-CHARGE


SALARY RANGE BETWEEN AED 6000 – AED 8000 (varied one experience)

KEY RESPONSIBLE AREA FOR BRANCH :

1. Achieve branch revenue of AED 20K month.

2. Show a minimum of 10% increase in monthly business

3. Shall be generating clients for branch & concentrate on business development of the branch.

4. Shall be creating a MIS for the branch & sending it to H. O.

5. Overall responsible for Branch – Administration & Operations.

6. Shall be dealing with top 20 clients & get involved in client servicing.

7. Shall check the deal registers for the day from the currency dealers.

8. Shall verify teller summary sheet on daily basis.

9. Shall verify all logs prepared for each product and ensure that rates and profitability is correctly booked.

10. Maintain records on:

a. Key registers

b. Cash Movement Registers

c. Insurance Limits – Transit & Cash in Safe

d. Muster Rolls

e. Security Code

f. Internal Audit Files & Queries

g. Compliance & KYC Booklets

h. System Used ID’s

11. Shall complete month end reports:

a. Branch Reconciliations

b. Monthly MIS

c. Monthly Reports To GMON Branch Performance


JOB PROFILE FOR AN OPERATIONS IN-CHARGE

SALARY RANGE BETWEEN AED 3000 – AED 4000

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA:

1. Responsible for overall operations

2. Over look Remittance Counter

3. Reconciliation of customer ledgers

4. Verification of rates and charges should be posted correctly.

5. Covering the miscellaneous currency and remittances efficiently.

6. Supervising the teller counter

7. Day end Closing:

a. Make sure physical cash is tallied with the system

b. Reporting any shortages

8. Ensure compliance adherence

9. Proactive in foreseeing any operational risks like

a. Misuse of user Id’s

b. Misuse of cash

c. Systems Control

10. Reconciliation of T. T. stock

11. Surprise check on tellers

12. Day end logs verification of western union, instant cash and unistream.

13. In the Absence of the Branch Manager – Authorization of NPR, BTK PHP, INR and telex transfers.
