Innovation at work place. Hand-in-hand, the fundamental guiding principles of
an Organisation; the Mission & Goals and their role in achieving the culture of
Innovation is also analysed. Finally, the Paradigm of Mission, Goals and
Building the Culture of Innovation has been framed.

After understanding the concept of ‘Innovation’, Two instances of Innovation in
the Corporate World; cross-roads in the history of Business have been analysed.
For the benefit of concrete contrast, Two cases presented are the epitomes of
