Our Urban CSA
Using only organic methods, we grow food and flowers
for folks who live in the city. That means the box is sized
to generously feed 2 people, without creating what we
call Vegetable Pressure. On our urban farm right here in
Seattle, we grow a mix of your favorite standards plus
alluring heirlooms and specialty items that you won’t
find at any store. Flower bouquets combine glorious
colors and textures to feed your soul. And we help you
use it all by providing simple, delicious recipes and
inspiration every week.
Sparkling clean produce is delivered to your
neighborhood pick-up site each week. Because we grow
in the city, our produce and flowers arrive to you on the
day they’re harvested, and you’ll notice how much longer
they stay fresh and beautiful!

port your own health with a weekly diet of fresh, pesticide-
free veggies. You’re also choosing to support a small,
woman-owned farm that grows great food in the city and
spreads that economic health through the community with
food donations, employment, education, and local purchas-
ing. Members are always welcome to visit the farm and are
invited to two special Farm Potluck events. You’ll experi-
