Chapter 16

16-1: Is to determine how the energies are conserved and how the electrons are transferred from one
object to another.

16-2: Determine the capacity of the atom and its capabilies to properly stock or carry an electron in itself
when it transfers or recieves another electron. How the charges are being put together inside in an
atom.

16-3: Determine the characteristics of the insulators and conductors, their purposes and their
charateristics that constitutes to the electron flow of energy from one object to the other.

16-4: Determine the key factors that will help the charged particle to influence a transfer of electroin to
the other object by means of induced charge from another object.

16-5: Understand the the Coulomb’s explanation on how he understand the charged particles and the
formulated equation that he made.

16-6: Is to show us how to solve problems that involves vestors using the coulomb’s law.

16-7: That all electric charges has the force called electric field. It is a force acting at a distance in an
outward circular direction o each charge and permeates all space.

16-8: That a electric field is also a vector quantity and can be refferd as a vactor field. The closer the lines
are, the stronger electric field in that region.

16-9: Understand the role of a conductor as a conductor in an electric system, the consequences and
properties of it.

16-10: To understand the relationship of electric charge and electric field. It inroduces us a new concept,
the electri flux which refers to the electric field passing through a given area.

Chap;ter 17

17-1: To define the electric and potential energy in a different way as we have defined it from chapter 6.

17-2: To define the relation between the electric potential and the electric field and the effects of any
distribution.

17-3: To know that in an electric field, there is another event happening and it’s called equipotential
lines that is perpendiclar to the electric field at any point and this helps us locate the equipotentials
when the electric field lines are known.

17-4: To understand that the electron volt is also a factor that affects the system. That the difference
between the joule and electron volt is in a large range.

17-5: How the electric potential can be derived using a single point charge with calculus.

17-6: To determine the factors that affect the system when a dipole moment occurs as a potential
value.

17-7: To know more about the things that could help the sysytem work much better and in that case, we
define dielectrics as a sheet of paper or plastic that is placed between the plates so it won’t break down.

Chapter 18

18-1: To unfold the discovery of such system that we are using in this present time and to study how the
system works in the battery.

18-2: T define electric current in helping the systems performance, through the conductor, electric
current passes through wires to the other system to make it work.

18-3: To know how to pruduce an electric current in a system and the meaning of the ohm’s law that will
help us derive the quantity for the electric current and its being used as the currents unit.

18-4: To determine another factor why the system still has a slight tendency of change in the rates
calculated and it’s claled resistivity that depends on the material used.

18-5: To know that the key factor affecting the electric current to produce it is the electric power,
meaning it is the source of such rate that we calculate and gather.

18-6: Determine the other fields where the electric system also works and how they work. Appreciate
the differences in the results of such system.

18-7: To have a knowledge on the properties, characteristics and behavior of the current and what it is
doing when it travels etc.

18-8: To know how does electric current looks like, the image of the actions of it and the way they move
in a system.

Chapter 19

19-1: To be familiar with the EMF andd terminal voltages, that is also a factor to be considered in a
system.

19-2: Determine the use of resistors and parallels and how they work and used.
