Spring Show Advertising 
**DUE APRIL 11, 2011** 
 
Dear Belles and Families, 
 
This year we have several advertising opportunities available for Spring Show.   

• Personal Ads 
Available at a reduced rate for Belle families. 

• Business Ads 
Available at the same affordable rates as last year. 

• T‐shirt Sponsorship 
A limited number of business advertisement spaces are available on the back of the t‐shirts that will be worn by 
approximately 100 participants and volunteers during the week prior to Spring Show and for many years to 
come. Space is available on a first‐come/first‐served basis; ONLY NINE (9) spots are available. 
 
Included on the following pages are the Business Ad Contract and the Personal Ad Contract. Additional copies of both 
are available through Ms. Joerns. 
 
Every ad MUST have a contract and MUST be paid for by April 11.  NO EXCEPTIONS! 
 
Format for ads:* 
• preferred:  A 300‐dpi graphics file (.jpg, .tif or .psd)  
• Print‐ready (hard copy) art fitting within the attached guidelines  
*Please create your own ads according to the specifications provided, if possible.  Limited assistance is available on a 
first‐come/first‐served basis.  If you need help creating your ad, please contact Michelle Briggs as soon as possible (no 
later than April 4).  If providing photos, please supply digital photos, if possible. 
 
Ways to turn in art for ads: 
• CD, DVD, Flash Drive or E‐mail 
o Have your Belle give to Amy Briggs during class or rehearsal 
o Email to Michelle Briggs at mbriggs@suddenlink.net 
o Give to Michelle at Booster Club Meeting on April 4 
o Call Michelle at (979) 229‐6375 to make other arrangements 
 
Drawing for Belles: 
Once again this year, we will have a drawing for all Belles who sell one or more program ads.  For every ad sold, the 
seller/Belle will receive one (1) ticket.  Each t‐shirt sponsorship sold will merit the seller/Belle three (3) tickets.  At the 
conclusion of ad sales, we will have a drawing for two (2) separate gift cards.  The more ads you sell, the better chance 
you have to win!  Tickets will be placed in the hat ONLY when the contract and payment have been received.
