activities and practices such as continual sourcing and recruiting of new customers which include Mortgage Broker
and Banks, consistent contact with existing customers, and managing out weak performers. Complete knowledge
of products, process flow/operational proficiency, underwriting guidelines/structuring, and appraisal policy, pricing,
