Important guidelines
1. One Additional copy of the Film.
2. Applicants Passport size colour Photo 2 nos.
3. Synopsis in Tamil / English not to exceed 150 words
4. Poster of the film in A3 size (multi colour) 3 nos.
5. Working stilsl from the film (5 nos)
6. Any other Publicity material.
7. Film should have been completed during the period between Jan-2009 & June-2011.
8. Entry fee for submission of a film for competition is Rs.500/- DD should be drawn in favour of
“CINEMA TODAY FESTIVAL AWARDS” payable in Chennai and send the competition form to
“CINEMA TODAY FESTIVAL AWARDS”, TODAY’S TARGET, No.5, Shanmugam Street,
Royapettah, Chennai-600 014.
9. Entry fee is non-refundable
10. One Producer can submit separate entry form for each entry.
11. IICTFA does not take the responsibility of damage and returning of any tapes/DVD submitted to it.
12. Films made in other than English & Tamil should have subtitle in English. Make sure your titles
are clear and large enough to read properly.
13. Incomplete Entry form will be disqualified
14. Selection committee will finalise the list of competition.

I have read and agree to the mentioned guidelines and certify that I am authorised to exhibit
this work. I certify that the informations provided is true and binding.

Screening Committee of IICTFA has the right to reject any submitted film without assigning
any reason.

I give IICTFA permission to keep copy of my enclosed film in its library and the right to
showcase in film festivals in Tamilnadu and public screenings.

Award decision taken by the jury will be the final and Jury has the right to withhold an award
in any category or to create any special award for a program that they feel deserves special
recognition.

I assure that i have received permission to use all materials within the enclosed film and
IICTFA will not be held liable for any legal action that may occur by previewing the film that
has copyrighted music or any other material that was used without permission.

I will not hold IICTFA responsible for any legal action that might occur due to the enclosed
film.

From the selected films 2 or 3 minutes will be used for Televisions Channels for promotional
purpose.
