Lacrosse Rules
To begin the game, a player throws the lacrosse ball from the sideline in bounds to
another teammate. Once that team player has possession of the lacrosse ball, that team
must make two more complete catches before shooting at the goal. If the shot is missed
and the shooting team remains possession of the lacrosse ball, that team can shot again.
When an interception occurs, the team which intercepts the ball has to clear the lacrosse
ball before throwing the lacrosse ball back into play. That team then attempts to make
two complete catches before they can shoot at the goal. Two hands must be kept on the
lacrosse stick. There is no contact amongst players. A player must only defend one
player from the opposing team. There is no goalie
