If you use Position MGT Reports to Position is the supervisor Position Related
Please check the below Query PS-Query listing supervisor hierarchy
It returns all employees in EMPL_STATUS IN ('A','L','P','S','W') & also Reporting to Outer Join
Position is vacant that is why i used union Help with Outter Join SQL Stmt
