NARRATIVE
R/OS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION REGARDING A SHOOTING. UPON ARRIVAL, R/OS MET
WITH THE COMP, WHO STATED THAT HE DID NOT KNOW WHO SHOT AT HIM. THE COMP STATED
HE WAS SITTING DOWN IN A CHAIR IN THE GARAGE WITH WIT 1 WHENHE HEARD A GUNSHOT.
THE COMP STATED HE FELT PAIN IN HIS RIGHT ARM AND OBSERVED THAT HE WAS BLEEDING.
THE COMP STATED A VEHICLE PASSED BY AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED BUT HE DID NOT PAY
ATTENTION TO IT. THE COMP WAS UNABLE TO GIVE R/OS A DESCRIPTION OF THE SUSP OR
SUSP VEHICLE. WIT 1 WAS IN THE GARAGE WITH THE COMP BUT COULD NOT GIVE A
DESCRIPTION OF SUSP OR SUSP VEHICLE. WIT 2 STATED HE WAS INSIDE OF THE HOUSE WHEN
HE HEARD THE GUNSHOT. WIT 1 AND 2 CLEANED UP THE CRIME SCENE BEFORE R/OS ARRIVAL
THEREFORE PES WAS NOT CALLED. DFD 46 WAS ON SCENE AND TRANSPORTED COMP TO
METHODIST CENTRAL HOSPITAL. R/OS WENT TO THE HOSPITAL TO CHECK ON STATUS OF COMP
AND COMP STATED TO R/OS THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO PRESS ANYCHARGES. DFD AND R/OS
OBSERVED A SMALL PUNCTURE TO THE COMP'S RIGHT ARM BUT WERE UNABLE TO DETERMINE
WHAT COMP WAS SHOT WITH. SGT 6155 RESPONDED TO SCENE. END OF ELEMENTS
